Stanwood City / Camamo Island

When the tones were still around Stanwood FD and Camano Island FD entered an interlocal agreement with each other. See the official statement below. Sometime in 2012 this agreement ended and Stanwood joined the North County RFA.

“The City of Stanwood has recently signed an interlocal agreement with Camano Island Fire and Rescue to manage its fire department and to provide advanced life support response and transport to the residents of Stanwood City. This went into effect January 1st, 2006, and both departments are now operating”
